So Claude Code directly creates and modifies source files, but you run it a command prompt and it requires a subscription (I think).

Unless you run it with a local model. Then you don't have to log in.

I think this is what Santronics uses to help keep Platinum Xpress for
Windows up to date. It's now up to v10.0-pr3.3. Looking forward to a
final update and an official release. Then it's byebye Internet Rex for
a lot of WINServer sysops.
